When I got my CDL I took the test in Missouri so I had to get a Missouri license. When I came home for a visit I went down and transferred my license to Kentucky, while waiting for some red tape to be cleared up an old lady that could barely walk came in to get her license renewed. She had to have help getting into the place and when she had her picture taken she pulled down her oxygen tubes. I thought she was going to pass out the short time she wasn’t using her oxygen, but they gave her a license without question. I think there comes a point where you have to give up driving and the states have to say no. Maybe I’m mean but I don’t know but I don’t see how she could be a safe driver, what if her oxygen tube comes out of her nose while driving and she has a wreck while trying to find it. Duno it kinda scares me.
